Our emails are sent through Kit (kit.com), which stores your address for us. We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.

Leaving the list

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also write to us at [email protected] and we’ll remove your address.

This website

The site doesn’t use tracking cookies or analytics. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

Buying the journal

When you buy the journal on Amazon, Amazon handles your order under its own privacy policy.
